Cycleball in the UK
Avid Sport has brought cycleball to the UK with the first ever British team competing at the 2022 UCI Indoor Cycling World Championships with the team also representing Great Britain at the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships in Glasgow.
What is cycleball?
Cycle-ball is an exciting fast paced game of skill on bikes, it’s like playing football... on bikes!
The two people on each team ride a fixed gear bicycle with no brakes or freewheel. The ball is controlled by the bike and the head, except when defending the goal.
Get involved
We train in Bath twice weekly but are working alongside Indoor Cycling World Wide to secure bikes and equipment for new players and teams. We started out training on BMX and mountain bikes so you can start with anything!
